Using system for sharing content

If you only have an in-person meeting and you need to share content, you can follow this page.

❗ Warning! You don't need to join the meeting with your own computer to share contents. Your content will be shared by the conference system.

To connect to the conference system to share content, you will need the presentation assistant. There are two methods to share content.

  • First method : You can connect the presentation assistant with the USB-C on your computer. The presentation assistant will act like a secondary screen.

  • When the little light will become static green, your content will be shared on the conference system.

  • Second method : If you need your computer's USB-C, for example, to charge it, you can use the legacy USB method. You can plug it into a computer like this. Dongle_ferm%C3%A9

  • The Presentation Assistant will act like a USB drive. You will find a little file that you need to execute. It will show a progress bar. When it will be finished, you will be able to share content on the screen.
